Truly immersive sound
As the first of its kind, the Era 300 delivers a truly immersive, spacious stereo performance supporting spatial audio and Dolby Atmos.
Custom waveguides work to disperse audio all around to put you at the centre of the performance with no sweet spot.
Six optimally positioned drivers project sound all around, from wall to wall and floor to ceiling.
PACKS A PUNCH
Unique acoustic architecture
Four tweeters deliver accurate playback of high and mid-range frequencies. The forward-facing mid tweeter projects vocals forward to deliver a performance that feels like you’re watching the artist live.
A pair of powerful mid-high tweeters project the sound to the far left and right of the room for a wider soundstage while two high-performance woofers bring impactful bass and a further sense of spaciousness.
The upward-firing tweeter, angled around 10%, adds height to spatial audio content and reflects sound off the ceiling for a more dynamic experience. Loaded into a directional horn to enhance efficiency, phase lenses take the dispersion of high frequencies further, enabling the Era 300 to play louder, using less power.

A single Era 300 delivers impressive stereo audio but a stereo pair takes things to another level. Experience room-filling spatial audio which captivates you in your entertainment.
Take your Sonos home cinema experience to new heights with a pair of Era 300 rear surround sound speakers. Designed to bring multichannel surround sound to a Sonos Arc or Sonos Beam (Gen 2), the combination of lateral and overhead channels in each products results in an all-encompassing soundstage for the ultimate great entertainment setup.
CONTROL YOUR WAY
Multiple methods of connectivity
Now with WiFi 6, enjoy high-quality audio streaming (including lossless) with no worry of interruptions. For added versatility, Sonos have added Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity so anyone can stream audio without needing to be on your WiFi network. The speaker must be set up over WiFi before using Bluetooth.
Alternative methods of connectivity include AirPlay 2 for Apple users and the Sonos S2 app. The app enables you to group different Sonos zones in your home, adjust EQ settings and stream from a large selection of services including Tidal, Spotify, Apple Music & Sonos Radio.
The Era 300 also has a far-field microphone array which uses advanced beamforming and multichannel echo cancellation for accurate voice control. Choose from Amazon Alexa or Sonos Voice to control playback hands-free.
Want some privacy? Use the microphone switch to cut the power to the microphones.
YOUR MUSIC, YOUR WAY
Connect an external audio source
Era 300 also features a line-in port so you can connect an external audio source like a turntable or CD player with an aux cable and Sonos line-in adapter (sold separately). Once connected, you can then stream to any other Sonos speakers on your WiFi network.
Alternatively, the line-in can be used to connect the speaker to your router with an ethernet cable and Sonos combo adapter.

With intuitive touch controls, you have quick access to playback and more accurate control over the volume with an ergonomic slider.
Place Era 300 on a unit (recommended at least 2 feet overhead clearance) or optimise placement with the right Sonos accessory.
Our selection of Sonos Era 300 accessories include mounts and stands designed to minimise acoustic reflections and conceal the power cable as well as giving more flexibility over placement.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Designed with sustainability in mind
Sonos have created a more sustainable design for the Era 300, using post consumer-recycled plastics. The packaging is also 100% paper-based and made from sustainably sourced and recyclable fibres.
The energy efficiency has also been optimised with software efficiency to reduce power consumption both when the speaker is playing audio and when it’s left idle.

Sonos Era 300 is an all-new entry into the Sonos lineup. Also a stereo speaker, it delivers an upgrade in sound and support for Dolby Atmos and immersive spatial audio.
Sonos Five is the ultimate Sonos speaker for the best high-fidelity listening and powerful bass. There is no support for Bluetooth or voice control on this speaker.
FOR ANDROID & IOS USERS
All-new Trueplay Tuning
Trueplay tuning for Android and iOS devices - Sonos’ unique software to measure the acoustics of your space and optimise performance by adjusting the EQ.
IOS devices can use Advanced Tuning which uses the microphones in your iOS device.
Android users can use a Quick Tuning method which uses the microphones of the speaker to carry out Trueplay.
Note: if you use a pair of Era 300 speakers as surround sound rears with a Sonos soundbar, you will require a supported iOS device for Trueplay.
